The second and technical <br /> portion , to -be ready by this April , will give base information <br /> from which we will be able to rake mapping changes - a project <br /> that is sti.1.1 a huge undertaking for Mash ee. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> I <br /> I Recommendations on Assessment Changes <br /> David Bailey recommended that by the end of thi-s week, some <br /> small assessment Changes , as discussed this evening see Pages 3 <br /> and 4 of These Minutes should ,be made on the following :. <br /> Clipper Shia village <br /> Quaker Run <br /> N2 Poerti-es <br /> Several Co.ndominium Projects <br /> Vice Chairman DeLory initiated discussion on Sea oaks and <br />' Pheasant Run Condominiums . Mr. Bailey • expressed opinion that <br /> values on both may have to be slightly reduced. Be explained <br /> that the values at present are so low, however , that reducing a <br /> $43 , 000 assessment to $40 ,000 creates a huge 9 def f erence to <br /> Short discussion followed. Mr. Bailey informed that he will <br /> submit the changes to Board Members for approval during the clay <br /> next week. <br /> Assessing De a tment Plans for Remainder of November <br /> David Bailey informed The Board that he plans to complete <br /> and submit the Growth deport- by the end of next week. He flans <br /> to have the Reclassification Bearing perhaps on November 28 or <br /> 29 ; ideally during a morning meeting with the Board of Selectmen <br /> and the Water District. He has informed Mr . Ghritenour that this <br /> meeting needs to be scheduled. The day following this meeting, <br /> the Recap will be submitted for approval . Short discussion <br /> followed concerning the New Growth; Leslie Greig made comment. <br /> that "the key to making us solvent is not to spend <br />
