" Short <br /> discussion followed. David Bailey agreed that The Board ' s vote <br /> should be taken this evening; he prepared information for the <br /> upcoming matter. <br /> Robert DeLory referred to The Minutes , Page 3 , Paragraph 4 , <br /> Line he pointed out that his statement "there is too much <br /> water" needs clarification. He explained that his statement <br /> refers to septic systems . Lengthy discussion followed. David <br /> Bailey clarified; he stated that the discussion referred to <br /> septic tanks around bodies of water flushing nutrients into <br /> the bodies of water; Mr. DeLory was making the point that there <br /> is too much waste water going into the soil and eventually ending <br /> up in the salt water. <br /> Ir . DeLory stated that the septic systems have too much <br /> water to give they should have a grade. Chairman Porte` <br /> asked if this leaves the sludge . Mr. DeLory stated that it does; <br /> he explained that the sludge should remain in the septic tank if <br /> it is a proper system. <br /> Leslie Greig made motion The Board accept The Minutes of <br /> The Meeting of November 22 , 1994 , as printed and as discussed <br /> and clarified; Cobert De.Lory made second the motion; motion <br /> passed; unanimous decision.
