BAILEY, DIREC'T'OR OF ASSESSING <br /> The regular meeting was called to order by Chairman DeLory <br /> at 6 : 20 p.m. <br /> Chairman DeLory announced that. KenneLh Porter is absent from <br /> this evening ' s meeting because he is having dental work performed <br /> in Boston. <br /> Chairman DeLory further announced that David Bailey is <br /> absent ,From this evening ' s meeting because he injured his knee <br /> this morning and probably ly will have to have surgery performed as <br /> soon as possible. <br /> MINUTES of THE MEETINGS <br /> Minutes of The Meeting of May 2 , 1995 <br /> Board members reviewed "The Minutes" at length. There were <br /> no additions nor corrections to be made. <br /> Vice Chairman Greig made motion The Board accept The Minutes <br /> of The Meeting of May 22 , 1995 , as printed; Chairman DeLory <br /> made second the motion; motion passed.- majority decision.
