BAILEY, DIRECTOR OF ASSESSING <br /> The regular meeting was held in the Assessing Department ' s <br /> new offices. located in the newly renovated Town Hall , Mashpeer <br /> Massachusetts . The meeting was called to order by Chairman Greig <br /> at 6 : 07 p.m. <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Reorganization of the Board of Assessors <br /> Chairman Greig introduced the issue. <br /> Vice Chairman Porter mace motion that the positions of <br /> 61 <br /> the Board of Assessors remain the same; Leslie Greig made second <br /> the motion; motion passed; unanimous decision. <br /> MINU'T'ES of THE TING <br /> I <br /> I <br /> Minutes of The Meetin of A ril 8 , 1997- <br /> Board Members reviewed 'the minutes" . There were no <br /> corrections , nor was there any discussion. <br /> i <br /> Kenneth Porter made motion The Board accept The Minutes <br /> of The Meeting of April 8 , 1997 as printed; Marcia King rade <br /> second the motion; motion passed; unanimous decision, The <br /> Minutes were accepted by The Board. <br /> Annual Review of Board Secretary Eleanor Bachand <br /> Chairman Greig introduced the issue. He informed that <br /> he had gone over the questions on the review quite thoroughly <br /> with Marilyn Farren, Personnel. Administrator. He advised Marcia <br /> King that the Annual Review was compared to the one of last year. <br />
