TOWN of MASHPEE <br /> Board of Assessors Meeting <br /> Date: Thursday, March 7, 2002 Attendees: <br /> Time: 2-.00 PM Marcia King, Chairman <br /> Place: Mashpee Town Fall, Assessors office Les Greig, Mice Chairman <br /> Dave Bailey, Director of Assessing <br /> Dave Tately, Asst Director of Assessing <br /> Chairperson Marcia King called the meeting to order at 2:10 PM. Les Greig made a motion, <br /> seconded by Marcia Ding, that the minutes from the meeting of 3101102 be approved. The <br /> motion was unanimously approved. <br /> Les Greig made a motion, seconded by Marcia ding, that the Board deny the two applications for <br /> personal property tax abatement included on the State Tac Porn 155 dated March 2002, <br /> beginning with the name Vitale, Gary and ending with the name,Jordan, James. (see Attachment <br /> I for complete list). The motion was unanimously approved. <br /> Les Greig made a motion, seconded by Marcia ding, that the Board accept the six applications <br /> • for personal property tax abatement listed on State Tax Porn 155 dated March 2002, beginning <br /> with the name Duprey, Diane and ending with the name Berks ai John. The motion-was <br /> unanimously approved. (See Attachment 2 for complete list). <br /> Les Greig made a motion, seconded by Marcia ding, that the Board.deny the twelve applications <br /> for real es te tax abatement listed ori Mate Tax Form 155 dated March 2002, beginning with the <br /> name Shelton, Michael and ending with the name Tetanias, George. The motion was <br /> unanimously approved. (See Attachment 3 for complete list). <br /> R <br /> Les made a motion, seconded by Marcia ding, that the Board accept the eight applications for <br /> real estate tax abatement listed on Mate Tax Form 155 dated Marcor 2002, beginning with the <br /> name Spinney, Jacqueline and ending with the name Ryan,'Bevedy. The motion was <br /> unanimously approved. (See Attachment 4 for complete list). <br /> The next meeting of the Board of Assessors is scheduled for Thursday, March 14', 2002 at <br /> 2:00 Pills in the Assessors Office at Mashee Town Full.
