up TOWN of MASHPEE Board of Assessors beating Date: Thursday, March 14, 2002 Time: 2:00 PM • Place: lashpee Town Mall, Assessors Once Attendees: Marcia l ing, Chairperson Les Greig, Mice Chairman Dave Bailey, Director of Assessing Dave Tately, Asst Director of Assessing . Chairperson air Marcia Kiri called the meeting to order at 2:10 PM. Les Greig moved that the King minutes from the March 7, 2002 meeting be approved. The motion was seconded by Marcia King, and was unanimously approved. Les-Greig made a motion seconded by Marcia King, that the Board accept the four applications forp er onal property.tax abatement listed on State Tax Form 1 dated March 2002, beginning i wih the name Duncan, Keen, and ending with the name Petrucci, Harry. The motion was unanimously approved. (See Attachment A for complete list) Lesrel g made a motion, seconded by Marcie King,, that the Board accept the three applications for real estate tax abatement listed on State Tax Form 155 dated March 2002, beginning with the name Gutman, Michael and ending with the name Hawkins, Deborah. The motion was unanimously approved. (See Attachment B for complete list) Marcia King made a motion, seconded by Les Greig, that the Board deny the nine applications for real estate tax abatement listed on State Tax Fora~ 155 dated March 2002, beginning with the name Buliung, Ralph and ending with the name Berks a, John. The motion was unanimously approved. (Bee Attachment a for complete'list). Dave Bailer commented that the expense budget for the Burd of Assessors had been cut by pP a roximately 20% but he did not foresee any serious problems as a result of this action. The next meeting is scheduled for Thursday, April 4, 2002 at 3:00 PM in the Assessors office at Mashpee Town Hall. 4 As there was no further business, Chairperson adjourned the meeting at 2:20 N-4.
