'OWN OF MASHPEE BOARD OF ASSESSORS Minutes of the Meeting of Tuesday, .dune 7, 2005 Members Present: Also Attending: Heather Moyes, Vice Chairperson John Duffy, Director of Assessing Jason Streebel, Cleric Vice Chairperson Heather N oyes called the meefing to order at :10 PM. REVIEW IEW F MINUTES The minutes from the meeting of 4/20/05 were unanimously approved by the Board. PERSONAL PROPERTY T ABATEMENT APPLICATION DENIALS (See Attachment A) Jason Streebel made a motion, seconded by Heather Noyes, that the Board deny the 3 applications for persona,-props ' t -d-on-St - rm- - dated-6107/05, beginning with the name Green, Lawrence, Parcel- ID}#49-73-0-S, and ending with the name trot ke, Michael, Parcel ID#123-191-0-S- The Board unanimously approved the motion. PERSONAL NAL P OPE# T1 ABATEMENT APPLICATION APPROVALS (See Attachment B Heather Noyes made a motion, seconded by Mason Streebel, that the Board approve the 19 + applications for personal property tax abatements listed on State Form 155 dated 6!07105, beginning with the name Quigley, John, Pard ID -29-150-S, and ending with the name Maiden Voyage, GIistaw, Sally, Parcel ID#PP106850-0-0-P. The Board unanimously approved the motion. Heather Noyes made a mobon, seconded by Jason Streebel, to reorganize the Board of Assessors. The Board unanimously approved the motion. Heather Noyes made a motion that Jason Streebel be named Chairman of the'Board of Assessors. Jason Streebel seconded the motion. The Board unanimously approved the motion. ' The position of Clerk of the Board of Assessors is now vacant. 'r F Heather Noyes agreed that her signature stamp could be used, in the event that it becomes necessary, to sign off on abatement applications that are presented to the Assessors office.
