Marcia' 1� ing made a motion to approve as written the r inutes from <br /> the Bo d of Assessors meeting held on 11/28/05. Jason Streebel seconded the motion. ' <br /> All approved. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Jason Streebel welcomed Paul Andrews to the Burd of Assessors. Paul was recently <br /> } appointed to the Board by.the Mashpe6 Board of Selectmen. Jason' reported that Mr. <br /> Andrews is planning to tale the Assessors"Course 101" in Boston. <br /> 4 <br /> Paul Andrews made a motion to appoint Marcia Ming as Mice Chairman of the Board of <br /> Assessors. Jason Streebel seconded the motion. All approved. <br /> ' Marcia King made a motion to appoint Paul Andrews as Clerk of the Board of Assessors. <br /> Jason Streebel seconded the motion. All approved. <br /> JOHN D FFY REPORT <br /> ATB Hearings (see Attachment A). +John Duffy reported on the outcome of the <br /> Appellate Tec Burd (ATB) Hearing Schedule, dated January 31, 2006. There were <br /> seven eases scheduled, five of whom withdrew and agreed to settle with the Assessor's <br /> Office. Two of the cases scheduled withdrew with no settlement amounts agreed upon, <br /> and are acted as such on Attachment A. <br /> Marcia ding made a motion, seconded by Jason Streebel, that the Board approve the withdrawal <br /> of the five settlement cases from the ATB, and the settlement amounts negotiated by.John Duffy. <br /> The five cases are listed on the attached ATB Hearing Schedule dated 01/31/06, beginning'with <br /> the naive James Regan, Cayuga Two Realty Trust, and ending with the name Steven J. <br /> Patricia A. Walsh, 57 Eagle Drive. All approved. <br /> Real Estate Property Tac Abatement Application Approvals. John Duffy . <br /> recommended approval of the following six real estate property tax abatement <br /> . applications: <br /> . 1. 256 Pimlico Pond Road, Edith.l R. Frye property owner. <br /> 2. 68 Cayuga Avenue, James E. Regan property owner. . <br /> . 67 Cayuga Avenue, James E. Regan property owner. <br /> . 420-Nathan Ellis H iighway, Mair .Zocchi,-Trustee. -- <br /> F . 598 Great Neck Road South, Marls F. & Steven J.
