Administrative ARproval. S 3-202 Michael Trudeau 79 Pickerel Cove Circle: The <br /> agent described the request from Cape and Islands Engineering for an administrative <br /> review to change the footprint of the approved house footprint. The change involved a <br /> reduction in size. ,teff Cross ca pressed concern that consultants should be present at the <br /> meetingfor administrative approvals. The agent explained that admin approvals are <br /> pp <br /> fairly innocuous and generally small in scope,therefore it is not necessary to. have <br /> consultants present at the meetings. upon further inspection of the plan with the new <br /> footprint, it was unclear as to whether or not the deck, patio and screen porch were to be <br /> included in the new plans or not. until this information is furnished,the concorn decided <br /> to deny the request for admin approval. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously approved to deer this administrative approval. <br /> 2. Administrative Approval S 3-240 Robert Stow, 25 Monornos o d west: The <br /> agent informed the concom that there was not enough information supplied to adequately . <br /> present this request for approval from Cape and Islands Engineering. The request was for <br /> a"quash'"aqua cultural device to be added to Mr. Stow's walkover structure. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously approved to dere this admin approval. <br /> HearinE Agenda: <br /> 7:00 U . Bonnie Smith, 2561 Ion m coy Rd (N01): The applicant requested that the hearing <br /> e continued to o @ 7:00 p.m. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried for a continuance to 415107 @ 7:00 p.m. <br /> '7�.m.Jeffrey Cross,86 Waterway(ICDA): Project proposal to install 3 sections of fiber roll <br /> to protect eroded areas of coastal bank and salt marsh. Jeff Cross had to recuse himself because it <br /> is his own project.. This left the concorn I member short of a quorum and here the hearing had <br /> to be continued at the request of the applicant. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried for a continuance to 3/22107 @ 7:09 p.m. <br /> :06 .m. Mark Jennings, 24 Spoondrift way (RDA)- upgrade existing septic system. Jack <br /> Vaccaro represented the client and described the project. The old septic is to be abandoned and a <br /> new title V septic is to be installed farther away from the resource area on the opposite side of the <br /> property. The agent said that the project meets the performance standards and recommended <br /> approval. <br /> 1 <br />
