Dir. of Assessing <br /> Gregg Fraser, Clerk i <br /> Chairman Paul Andrews called the Meeting to order at 66.41 PM. <br /> REVIEW of MINUTES <br /> The Board unanimously approved as written the minutes from the BOA meeting held on <br /> 4/05/07. <br /> BOARD of ASSESSORS+REPORTS <br /> 1. Paul Andrews, chairman —Paul requested that; going forward, the format for the <br /> minutes from the BOA meetings be in a bullet point format similar to the Board of <br /> Selectmen's minutes. <br /> 2. Sheldon Holzer, V1ce Chairman ;--no report. <br /> . I Gregg Fraser, clerk—Gregg reported that his two email requests to the Finance <br /> Committee requesting copies of specific minutes had gone unanswered. <br /> The Board unanimously approved a motion that Paul Andrews send.a tetter to the Town <br /> Clerk requesting Finance Committee minutet,minutefrom the last four Finance Committee <br /> meetings. <br /> DIRECTOR of ASSESSING REPORT—.fin streebel <br /> 1. As of today, all 104 abatement applications received haVe"been processed by the <br /> Assessing office. <br /> 2. New Seabury Country Club flu with'Town Counsel. Jason Stree ei reported that <br /> Town Counsel's recommendation is that the BOA should let the exemption go forward <br /> for'o . Town Counsel further stated that he could see no reason why the exemption <br /> i could not be denied for F #og, and suggested that prior to making heir application for <br /> the ' g exemption, the BOA would send a letter to New Seabury DD'stating that it is <br /> unlikely they will qualify. . <br /> Gregg Fraser made a motion that the Director of Assessing draft a letter to New Seabury <br /> Country club on behalf of the Board, stating that it is likely that an exemption application <br /> for FY '09 F '09will be denied. The motion was seconded and approved by all. <br /> 3. Quality Assurance Protocol (see Attachment-A)..
