Flee Form of List outside the Assessors ice. A motion was made, seconded <br /> and passed to approve Jason Streebel changing the date on the existing FMC Form of <br /> List to March 1, 2009. <br /> . Annual Town Report. Jason Streebel reported that he is preparing the Assessing . <br /> Department's section of the Town Report, and asked the Board members for any <br /> suggested changes they might have to last year's report, for incorporation into the new <br /> report. Jason stated that he will send a copy of the Assessing Department report to the <br /> F Board members. <br /> . GASB codes. Jason Streebel stated than the State now is requiring all assessing <br /> offices for the'fisc l year 2010 to classify specifically all their exempt properties, . <br /> especially the torn-owned and state-owned properties so that when the State makes <br /> reir bursement , they are assured that the reimbursements are for a specific property. <br /> - <br /> 4. Fire station Ribbon-Cutting ceremony. . son Streebel announced that the i <br /> ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new fire station on Red Brook Road was set-for <br /> Tuesday,' Decer�nber 10, 2008 a 10:00 AM. All Board members are cordially invited to <br /> attend'. i <br /> . Cyclical Listing Program. Jason stated that the Assessing office is well into the <br /> cyclical listing program, revisiting all the roughly 12,000 properties in the town. The <br /> cyclical listing program must be completed by the summer of 2010. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> .No old business. <br />
