Mr. Streebel <br /> recommended combining the lots. <br /> Mr. Fraser made a motion that the lots be combined. lir. Holzer seconded the motion. <br /> Motion carries. <br /> i The second mapping issue involves a horse farm on Red Brick Toad that was previously four <br /> parcels, and included a house, a cottage, a second house and a cul-de-sac. A parking lots <br /> paddocks, riding arena and horse barn have been added across the cul-de-sac that exists only on <br /> I s •n* <br /> i <br /> paper. The Tonin Planner has expressed interest m bandong the subdivision plan and assess <br /> the property as separate buildable lots at a higher rate. Mr. Streebel views the non-commercial <br /> ercial <br /> i propel as one use,purchased with one deed, and should be considered one assessment. As part <br /> of ihe building permit, Mr. Streebel clarified that the owners were required to abandon the <br /> subdivisionp lan and submit a new plan, which would require permission from the Planning <br /> Board to abandon the planwithout the cul-de-sac. The owner has not made this request. Board <br /> ed whether or not the Building would be the proper authority to <br />� members discuss gt <br /> force property compliance and not the Board of Assessors. Board members decided to vier the <br /> property before making a decision. <br /> Mr. Fraser made a motion to table the discussion until the next meeting to view the <br /> property. Boat Excise Abatement Application <br /> Mr. Streebel recommended that the application requesting the exemption under commercial <br /> fisherman option be denied. <br /> Mr. Fraser* made a motion to deny. Motor vehicle Abatement Application <br /> Mr. Streebel reported that the applicant may be eligible but that the required information has not <br /> been submitted. <br /> Mr. Fraser made a motion to deny. Hofer seconded the <br /> motion. motion carries. <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> Mr. Fraser made a motion to enter Executive Session and not returns to open session to <br /> comply with the provisions of General Law 59 Section 60 to discuss pending litigation,the <br /> contents of which are not public record,and the strategy for litigation concerning state <br /> owned land reimbursement.
