Recapitulation apitulation Paperwork. Board members received a copy of the Overlay Page <br /> 1(00), listing the overlay accounts for prior fiscal years and the balances, and any <br /> monies put 'into/taken out of them. <br /> . Proposed New Growth— FY 2010. Jason Streebel stated that one item submitted <br /> to the DOR and already approved is the "508 class", the telecommunications personal <br /> property methodology regarding how assessors value communications equipment and <br /> the depreciation schedule based on all the laver cases settled in the courts over the last <br /> couple of years. Several thousands of dollars of new growth was realized in value for <br /> l the year 2010 on personal property for telecommunications. other new growth for the <br /> r <br /> Town of Mashpee will be ready to submit to the DOR by the end of the week. Fast <br /> r <br /> year's growth was in the $63,000,000 assessed value range; .Jason Streebel expects <br /> that it will be about half of that for this year. <br /> . Proposed Assessments for FY 2010. Jason Streebel received information <br /> compiled by the town's valuation consultants. Single family and condo units represent a <br /> 92% drop in value, which is a 6.2% drop in total value for the town over last year. <br /> Gregg Fraser made a motion to approve as proposed the assessment values for 3 <br /> 2010.
