Gregg Fraser seconded the motion. The motion was <br /> unanimously approved. i <br /> BOARD of ASSESSORS REPORTS <br /> 0 Sheldon Holzer, Chairman—No Deport <br /> '0 Gregg Fraser: Co-Charman — No Report <br /> 0 Paul Andrews, Clerk— No Report <br /> DIRECTOR of ASSESSING REPORT-Jason streebel <br /> 1. Abatement Applications for FY 2011. Jason str ebel reported that the total number of <br /> i abatement applications for this year was 215. However, 55 of those were from-one group} <br /> South Cape Village; another group of 44 was from an owner of a Pommercial complex by <br /> Industrial Park; 9 were from the Wampanoag Tribe: 5 were from New Seabury. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> 1. State—Owned Land Agreement* .Jason Streebel gave the background of the issue, <br /> stating that he has been dealing with the DOR for the last few months, coordinating data with <br /> the DOR records.-The DOR wants I lashpee to agree to segmentation, which basically means. <br /> devaluing the back land and agreeing to their methodology for all the state-owned land in <br /> Mashpee. if the Board agrees to that: thea Mashpee land values will be sliced. <br /> Paul Andrews made-a motion that the Board decline to sign the state-owned land agreement, <br /> because the Board is not in agreement with the computation methodology used by the State. <br /> Gregg Fraser seconded the motion.
