Gregg Fraser seconded the motion. The motion was unarnim usly approved. <br /> DIRECTOR F ASSESSING ACTIVITY REPORT <br /> T <br /> 1. Assessing Office Flood. Mason Streebel reported that on Monday, August 1st, the <br /> Assessing Office was discovered to be flooded, due to a leaking roof drain from heavy rainfall <br /> over the weekend. Equipment damage was limited to two computers and a bookshelf of <br /> envelopes.' All furniture and files are currently stashed in the Selectmen's Conference Rooms. <br /> Temporary Assessing Office headquarrters is located in the Selectmen's second floor meeting <br /> roan. Estimated date of return to the first floor Assessing Office is Friday, August 19, 2011. <br /> 2. .Jason Streebel Vacation Dates: Tuesday, August 16-19, 2011. <br /> 3. Warrant Article for October 2011 Town Meeting <br /> ,Jason Streebel reported that a warrant article for the October Town Meeting was submitted for ar <br /> $110}000 funding from the Assessor's Overlay Surplus account to the Board of Assessors <br /> Revaluation Account, to cover the required funds for the next cycle including the recertification <br /> year in FY 2015 and related cyclical listing costs that the Dept. of Revenue will be requiring over <br /> the next three years. <br /> Paul Andrews made a motion that the Board of Assessors adjourn the Public Session and move <br /> into the Executive Session, to return to Public Session, in order to comply with the MGL Chapter <br /> 59 Section 60 to discuss possible exemption/abatement applications, the contents of which are <br /> not public record. Gregg Fraser seconded the motion. ' <br /> Roll Call Vote: Paul Andrews, yes; Gregg Fraser, yes; Sheldon Holzer, yes. The motion was <br /> unanimously approved. <br />
