Gregg Fraser seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously <br /> approved. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Appellate Tac Board Settlements: FY 2012 Abatements for Mashpee Wampan ag Tribe. <br /> (1) 410 Meetinghouse Road wl apl r 61-58A— Church. At a previous Board of Assessors <br /> meeting, the Board members voted unanimously, and signed a negotiated agreement with the <br /> Il annpan ag Tribe and Tribal Counsel, to approve the tax abatement of lap Par 61-58A. <br /> (2) 414 Main Street l er - - Museum <br /> 483 Great Neck Road d South (MaPIPar - —Tribal Headquarters with medical clinic <br /> S Re Great Neck k I o d South (MaplPar 99-38)— Cranberry Bag attached to FIQ parcel <br /> Paul Andrews made a motion that the Board of Assessors accept the agreement with the <br /> Wampanoag Tribe to approve the tai abatement of the three above-listed properties. Sheldon <br /> Holzer seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved. <br /> • Request for Modification of Chapterland Exemption Application <br /> Jason Streebel stated than last September, Carol Goldberg requested Chapterland Exemption for <br /> property located on South Sandwich Road. Since thea, there has been a change in ownership of <br /> the property from Carol Goldberg to Avram Goldberg to a family trust. .Jason Streebel stated that <br /> he sees no problem in the modification of the exemption application. <br /> 1 <br />
