The motion was approved by the Board. <br /> ADDITIONAL TOPICS <br /> • ATB Meeting 10/22/12. <br /> Jason Streebel reported that he met with the Appellate Tax Board on Noonday, Oct. 22 regarding <br /> 1~Y 2011 and F 2 12 - 14 o Poppone set Island F oad. Mr. Streebel stated his confidence that <br /> the outcome of the hearing will be positive for the Board of Assessors. The decision will not be <br /> mown before ,January, 2013. <br /> There has been a settlement re. 98 Popponesset Island Road; all other Popponesst Island <br /> Road filers were denied for late tax payments. One other case, re. Mark latus, involving late tax <br /> payment, will come up in January 2013. <br /> • I ampanoag Tribe status Report <br /> .Jason Streebel stated that the Tribe has withdrawn all their ATB cases and their back takes have <br /> been paid. Mr. Streebel voiced his hope that their 2013 charitable tax exemption applications <br /> will have been filed by March 1, 2013. <br /> NEXT MEETING <br /> The next meeting will be in November, the date TBD.
