Paul Andrews seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously <br /> approved. <br /> Sheldon Holzer made a motion that the minutes of the 10/23/12 Board of Assessors Executive <br /> Session be approved as presented. Paul Andrews seconded the motion. The motion was <br /> unanimously approved. <br /> Paul Andrews made a motion ion that the Board adjourn the Public Session and move into Executive <br /> Session, to return to Public Session, in order to comply with the lll'lGL Chapter 59, Section 60, to <br /> discuss possible exemption abatement applications, the contents of which are not public record. <br /> Sheldon Holzer seconded the motion. <br /> Roll CallVote: Paul Andrews, yes, Sheldon Holzer: yes. Draheim, 16 Classic Circle <br /> Paul Andrews made a motion that the Board deny the Veteran's Exemption Application 22-E <br /> submitted by Vary T. Draheim for her spouse, as she has remarried and therefore is ineligible. <br /> Sheldon Holzer seconded the ,notion. The motion was approved by the Board, with Gregg Fraser <br /> abstaining. <br /> • Discussion of FY 2013 Assessed Values & New Growth <br /> Jason streebel reported that Southport Condominiums Development is causing some problems with <br /> the Department of Revenue (DOR) representative Walter Sandoval Duza, who approves new <br /> growth.
