T('01un of
P. O. BOX 1108
MA HPEE. MA 02649.
PIANNING BOARD INSTTEs : June 20, 1 984
MEMBERS PRESENT: Richard Dubin, Earle l arsters, Richardson Jonas
Harold Collins , Michele stone
CONSULTING ENG INEER: Charles L. Rowley
TIME: :00 p.m.
The Board had a talk with Angelo Russell regarding the sea Mist
landscaping. They requested a revision of the area where the drainage
ponce was going to be . Mr. Russell said they would be putting shrubs
in as soon as they got power from the electric company for the
irrigation. They were putting the shrubs in instead of the wall
which was shown on the original plan.
The Board felt the loose rocks , even though they were cemented in,
didn't look professional and cars might hit them.
Mr. Dubin requested Mr. Russell to bring in another revised plan
incorporating what was- suggested tonight and what they were putting
in place of the drainage pond
Mr. Rowley said he didn't remember if he had given the okay to revise
the. drainage so he would check his notes
Mr. Russe-ll said he would return at the next meeting,,
Attorney Pye , representing New Seabury Corp. , came before the Board
to request a covenant release of Bot 13 Mid-Iron way and he wanted
to post a $25,,000 bond for the rrelease . He explained they weren't
selling Lot 13 to a new buyer, but it would be ars inter ff ice con-
veyance
on-
veyan a from Fields Point to New Seabur•y,. They can't have a bulk
sale of the golf course without the release of covenant.
Mr. Marsters asked how much of the road was dome and he replied
there 's a finish coat to the turn-,around, and the drainage , grass
and bounds are in,
Mr. Rowley said he saw it at the point the birder was down but not
since thea, but he felt there shouldn't be a problem with the drainage ,
Mr. Marsters made a motion to release the conversant and accept the
bond and have Mr. Rowley inspect it ASAP to see if it's okay. The
motion was seconded and all were in favor.
Mr,,- Dubin Dept the release and would exchange it for the bond tomorrow e
