Collins kept <br /> RD <br /> it to be signed by A Notary and he would thea give it to them <br /> The Board informed thea that they had received a memo from the Board <br /> of Health regarding Deer Crossing and the tertiary treatment of s p ag . <br /> The Board advised them that they meet with the Board of Health and gave <br /> them a copy of the memo. <br /> The Board requested that this secretary send letters to Mike Dunning <br /> and Le l�Shie ids regarding the memos Brom the Board of Health on <br /> tertiary tr atment of s ptage in regards to thein condominiums , <br /> Richard Ferreira appeared before the Board representing gesorts <br /> Development and their preliminary plan on Quinaquisset Ave . There had <br /> been a problem concerning drainage that the Board wanted to get straight- <br /> ne d out, <br /> Mr. Rowley said that the drainage area should be kept in mind when the <br /> burr of the water is coming in from the streets as you have to give <br /> protection to the lots, He said he wanted to see calculations to show <br /> what is going to happen. <br /> Mr. Ferreira said he would show it, the drdi age calculations, on the <br /> definitive plan but he 's just trying to get preliminary approval now. <br /> He said there will be leaching basins at the 2 law points piped into the <br /> lots <br /> Mr. Rowley said he would like to see ghat soils are in the leaching basin <br /> areas and Mr. Ferreira agreed to do so, <br /> The Board approved the preliminary plan under the condition that the <br /> applicant will submit more detailed information ori drainage as discussed, <br /> The Board discussed the memos from the B ward of Health on the tertiary <br /> treatment of septage and they agreed to get an opinion on it from <br /> Town Counsel Joe Reardon'. <br /> Mr. Rowley wanted to know who was going to see that the tertiary plan <br /> is up to par. Mr. Collins said he would ask Mr. Reardon to come to <br /> Planning Board after the town meeting to discuss things . <br />
