Costello, Torn Counsel. <br /> Ed Larkin, Chairman, called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m. <br /> Approval of Minute <br /> Ruth Maney motioned to accept the minutes of September 23, 004; as presented;this motion <br /> was seconded by Don Myers; and was unanimously carried.} except Curtis Frye abstained. <br /> Discussion <br /> brief discussion was held regarding Planning Board membership. Two members of the <br /> Planning Board are up for re-election. The Associate Member is deferred for election for gree <br /> years. There should be 2 positions up for election each year. <br /> --Laws <br /> A draft of the first 10 pages of the changed.Bir-Laws had been sera to the oim-nittee for there to <br /> review prior to this meeting. This draft was now discussed and the Committee went through the <br /> draft document page by page and the followw'ng comments/issues were raised: <br /> Page 3,.....
