Don a ed that at e he innin he had mentioned perhaps televising the <br /> meetings, d commented that was not done because reviewing all the Special Acts was <br /> tedious and a year dry process and that all will be presented at the Public Hearing prior to <br /> Torn Meeting, <br /> Debbie advised that a ZBA meluher brought to her attention that in October-2003 David <br /> Le eiie made an amendment that ZBA membership terns would he 5 gears and would he <br /> set so that one position would expire each year. Pat Costello will work up -Law <br /> wording to insert this. <br /> Amendment to Charter <br /> # d distributed his notes on procedure/time schedule to amend the Charter. This was <br /> discussed. Copy is attached to printed set of these minutes. <br /> Proposed that the Consent Calendar he utilized at Tom Meeting when presenting the <br /> article to approve the amendment to the Charter to appear on next Town election ballot. <br /> Public Hearing to he held-Tuesday, January 11, 2005, 7 p.m. at Town Tall, <br /> Debbie to publish Public Hearing in Mashpee Enterprise on Friday, :december 315 2004. <br /> This is absolute deadline date.
