11 ashpee By-Law review Committee <br /> Minutes of Meeting Held Thursday,June 23, 2005 <br /> Mashpee Tow.Hall Meeting Room <br /> Present: W. Taylor,E. Larkin,1 R. Maney, and D. Da i. <br /> Absent: C. Frye, and D. Myers. <br /> Invited Participant: P. Costello, Town Counsel, <br /> Ed Larkin, Chairman, called the meeting to order at'7;15 p.m, <br /> Approval of Minutes <br /> Ruth Maney motioned to accept the minutes of January 10, 2005; as presented;this motion was <br /> seconded by Debbie Dani; and was unanimously carried, except Wayne Taylor abstained. <br /> Wayne Taylor motioned to accept the minutes of the January 11, 2005 Public Hearing; Ruth <br /> Maney seconded this motion; and it was unanimously carried. <br /> By-Law Review Committee <br /> Ann Whitlow resigned as a member of theCommittee; the Board of Selectmen will be <br /> appointing someone to replace Ann on the Committee. <br /> Ed Larkin announced that he and Don Myers had a discussion that in view of Don's difficulty in <br /> making the meetings that another Committee member be appointed Clerk. Ed Larkin motioned <br /> that Debbie Dams be nominated as Clerk; Wayne Taylor seconded the nomination; and it was <br /> unanimously approved. <br /> Debbie motioned that the Board Secretary notify the Board of meetings, rather than the Clerk; <br /> this was briefly discussed and then the motion was seconded by Ruth Maney and it was <br /> unanimously carried. <br />
