Capital Improvement Committee <br /> Minutes <br /> December 21, 000 <br /> CIP Submissions; <br /> The following departments reviewed heir Capital Improvement Project <br /> needs for fiscal year 2002. <br /> School Department: <br /> Sherwood Fluery, Superintendent of Schools indicated that the School <br /> Committee voted to bring forth the following items to the CIP Committee <br /> for consideration in fiscal year 2002. The prioritized list of School <br /> Department needs include: <br /> Quashnet Front Walk and Curls $50,000 <br /> Quashnet School Kitchen $25P0 <br /> Personal Computers (2 00) $240P0 <br /> SPED Van $40,000 <br /> Video Security System $23900 <br /> SIS Football Field Press Box $25000 <br /> KCC Upgrade Phone System $ 0,000 <br /> KCC Parking Lot $ 00,00 <br /> Quashnet Tennis Courts $50p000 <br /> Quashnet Upgrade Phone System $36 000 <br /> The KCC Upgrade Intercom System was deleted from the CIP program at <br /> this time. Additional estimated disbursements include a SPED van in <br /> fiscal year 2003 and also in 2004. <br /> Discussion followed with respect to the above referenced items. Russ <br /> 1 lcGo n, School Business Administrator and Ikon Cool, Facilities <br /> Supervisor discussed the School Department's Capital Improvement needs <br /> with the Superintendent of Schools. <br /> Video Security stem- $23,800: <br /> Mashpee High School—Location: Stairwells <br /> Safety Issue/Security System Improvement/Disciplinary Reasons <br />
