It was noted the system can be enhanced to allow monitoring of <br /> all Town buildings. This portion of the project proposal could b <br /> incrementally phased. <br /> To maintain consistency with Supreme Court guidelines, the digitally <br /> recorded video and audio for the booting and interrogation rooms was <br /> prioritized. The Chief was requested to provide the Committee with a <br /> separate cost quote for this function. <br /> The Police Chief was requested to prioritize departmental requests after <br /> the lease/purchase of police vehicles. <br /> J urnment: <br /> Motion made by Ms. Cook to adjourn at 4:55 p.m. <br /> Motion seconded by Ms. Goulart. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. -0, <br /> Respectively submitted, <br /> cx <br /> Kathleen M.
