Capital Improvement Program Committee <br /> Minutes <br /> February 20,2007 <br /> School Department; *Amended <br /> Correspondence was received from Ann Bradshaw, Superintendent o <br /> Schools dated January 24,2007 regarding School Security. A breakdown <br /> modified secun'ty proposals for fiscil year 2008 was submitted in the <br /> referenced memorandum addressed to the CIP Committee. The $39,,000 <br /> request for security was also amended to reflect the sum of$37,000 as <br /> result of a recent parent donation of$2,000 towards the Quashnet School <br /> security initiative. <br /> School Security 373,000 <br /> Flooring $165,O00 <br /> Technology 755000 <br /> Total School Department: $277,000 <br /> Motion made by Ms. Cook to approve and recommend th.e School <br /> Security changes a total capital request of$37,000 contingent upon <br /> the program being implemented in the Mashpee-Pubiic Schools. <br /> Motion seconded by Ms. Goulart. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. <br /> Motion made by Mr.Dead to approve and recommend the School <br /> Department Flooring, a total capital request of$165,000. <br /> Motion seconded by Ms. Goulart. � <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. <br /> Motion made by Ms. Cook to approve and recommend the School <br /> Department Technology, a total capital request of$75,000. <br /> Motion seconded by Ms, Goulart. <br /> VOTED Unanimous <br /> 10 <br />
