Capital Improvement Program Committee <br /> Minutes <br /> November 20, 2008 <br /> Discussion followed regarding the schools recent telecommunication <br /> study. It was noted the Town is presently seeking methods to provide <br /> efficient and cost effective tele on nuni atxons. Patricia Lugo, School <br /> Business Administrator indicated the school used the services of the <br /> Chambers Advisory Group, a firm that conducted a study which reviewed <br /> inefficiencies in telecommunications, services and billing. Ms. Lugo <br /> indicated that it presented an overall cost savings and agreed to forward <br /> copy of the contract to the Town Manager to review the terns and <br /> conditions of the bid requirements and to ensure that municipalities are <br /> eligible to participae in the progn. <br /> Next Scheduled Meet�n <br /> Tuesday, December 2, 2008 <br /> 3:00 p.m. <br /> Town Hall, Conference loom#2 <br /> 4 <br /> Workshop Session <br /> A description of the flet of Town of Mashpee vehicles was disseminated <br /> to the CIP for review. <br /> At the next meeting,the CIP agreed to review the debt service schedule <br /> and prioritize long terra building, vehicle and technology needs. <br /> Adioun hent: <br /> Motion made by Ms. Cook to adjourn at :10 p.m. <br /> Motion seconded by IVIS.
