McGarry, abstained opposed,none <br /> APPOINTMENTS &HEARINGS: <br /> The Capital Improvement Program CIP Committee convened for the purpose of <br /> reviewing capital requests for fiscal year 2013 and ensuing years. <br /> Board of Health: <br /> Health Agent, Glen Harrington was m attendance to request.the CIP Committee <br /> allocate funds for the Landfilling Capping project to address any concerns in the <br /> event the.DEP would require action. Presently,there are no reported violations. <br /> However,, if the DEP mandated action, funds should be available to alleviate any <br /> delays. <br /> Mr. Harrington indicated the estimated disbursement schedule of capital <br /> improvements for the Board of Health reflects a fide of$82,860. The estimate <br /> was provided by the engineering fwn of Woodard in 1996 to repair the <br /> drainage bean and to add loam,and seed to re-grade approximately three acres of <br /> the northwest corner of the landfill. There is some.damage to the vegetative cover <br /> by mowing equipment,-but overall,the site has tmproved with the care provided <br /> by the Departrnent of Public.Works. In Mr. Haarrington's opinion,the realistic <br /> cost to rejuvenate the vegetation at the Landfill is$102000 12 $1530000 F <br />
