M <br /> H. All monuments shall be made of good duality granite. All flush markers shall be <br /> made of bronze, granite or marble. <br /> I. veterans' markers may be permitted on lots where a monument has previously been <br /> erected. <br /> J. Memorials shall be centered at the top of a plot. <br /> L. A plot owner may request approval from the Cemetery Commission to erect a <br /> m moral which varus from these maximum dimensions. Any plot owner wishing to <br /> make such a request shall submit to the Cemetery Superintendent a letter specifying the <br /> variance requested along with a sketch drawn to scale ofthe r s d memorial. The <br /> Cemetery Commission will then consider the variance at their next scheduled public <br /> meeting. <br /> M. workers engaged in placing or erecting memorials are prohibited from scattering their <br /> material over adjoining lots or from blocking roads or walks, or from leaving heir <br /> material on the grounds longer than is absolutely necessary. <br /> N. Damage done to lots,walks drives, trees, shrubs or other property by workers, dealers <br /> or contractors or their agents, shall be repaired by the Cemetery Commission and cost of <br /> such repair shall be charged to the dealer or contractor or the worker's employer. <br />
