Jim Long, Director <br /> Miriam Mullin, . Ch . Lynne Waterman , <br /> Arthur- Weinstein, 'areas . Outreach Coor . <br /> Aurora Bird <br /> Frank Hicks <br /> Bob Osborn <br /> Arthur Weinstein <br /> The Chairman opened the meeting at 9 : 10 am In the Conference <br /> Room at 'down Hall * <br /> Frank Hicks made a motion to accept the minutes of January 2 <br /> and it was seconded by Bob Osborn. So moved. F <br /> Mimi Mullin made a motion to accept the minutes of January 12 <br /> and it was seconded by Frank Hicks . So moved. <br /> The Treasurer ' s Report was discussed and there are a few <br /> accounts that . are cause for concern but overall a are doing <br /> very well . Mimi Mullin made a motion to accept the report <br /> and it was seconded by Frank Hicks . So moved. <br /> The Director reported that the issues surrounding the . <br /> flooding in the Center have been resolved. Jim Long reported <br /> that it is probable that the Elder Services will be able t <br /> replace the dishwasher- in the Nutrition Site because of <br /> donations made for that purpose . A SpringFling is in the <br /> planning stage for the week of March 14-18. There has been a <br /> request from WIC to use the building for two days per month <br /> from 9-2 PM and the Director will- have more information in <br /> the future . Ben Aldrich, a volunteer , will be working with <br /> the Director to help with PR -work. The Director is working <br /> with Jim Marr , Leisure Services Program Director , to set up <br /> golf league , <br /> Lynne Waterman gave the outreach Coordinator ' s Report . There <br /> is concern about frail elders being discharged from <br /> facilities such as JML , etc . because of budget constraints <br /> and this situation is being watched closely by Lynne . A n <br /> volunteer has taken over the responsibility of the homebound <br /> book delivery. Because of. funding cuts the Elder Services <br /> case managers have fewer clients now. <br /> Bob Dborn made a motion to accept the Policy for the Senior <br /> Center- and to forward it to Bob Whritenour to be reviewed by <br />
