Mashpee Council on Aging -2- 3/9/94 <br /> A meeting will he held on March 14 at 2:00 PM to discuss <br /> pians for the upcoming Spring Party. <br /> Copies of the Nutrition Site Contract , both new and old, were <br /> given to the members and will be discussed at the April <br /> meeting. <br /> The WIC program requested the use of the Senior Center two <br /> Wednesdays per month from 9:00 am to 3 :00 pin. The Council <br /> discussed this at length and after due consideration and <br /> proper evaluation Bob Osborn made a motion not to allow the <br /> use of the building as requested, The motion was seconded by <br /> Frank flicks. There was a unanimous vote to deny the request. <br /> The Council. ori Aging filled in an evaluation of the <br /> Director' s Report for his six month's- probationary period and <br /> returned them to the Selectmen' s office. <br /> The Goals and Objectives were discussed and will he brought <br /> up at the April meeting. <br /> At the request of Bob Sullivan, the Council was asked if they <br /> would be interested in participating in the Flag Day Parade <br /> and there was no interest at this time. <br /> Arthur Weinstein made a motion to adjourn at 11 :20 AM and it <br /> was seconded by Frank Hick .
