KASHPEE COUNCIL ON AGING <br /> NOVEMBER.-9 , <br /> MEMBERS PRESENT ALSO PRESENT <br /> Betty Jones , Chairman/Sec. James Long, Director <br /> Miriam Mullin, vice-Chm. Lynne Waterman, Outreach <br /> Arthur Weinstein, Treasurer Coordinator <br /> Aurora Bird <br /> Frank Hicks Joanne Ferragamo <br /> Robert Osborn <br /> MEMBER ABSENT <br /> B. Jean Thomas" <br /> The Chairman opened the meeting at : 10 AM in the Conference <br /> Room at the Senior Center. <br /> Frank Hicks roved that the minutes of the October meeting be <br /> accepted with corrections and it was seconded by- Mimi Mullin. <br /> So roved, <br /> Arthur Weinstein presented the Treasurerls Report and <br /> everything seers to be going along very well . Mimi Mullin <br /> made a notion to accept the Treasurer' s Report as read and it <br /> was seconded by Bob Osborn. Bo moved, <br /> Joanne Ferragamo, Coordinator for the 125th Anniversary, <br /> attended the meeting and explained the various projects that <br /> have been taken on by different groups in town. Joanne <br /> suggested that the Council on Aging coordinate with <br /> volunteers to staff the office at the Cape Cod Savings Bank <br /> t the Mashpee Commons . She would like to have volunteers <br /> that would be available for set hours at the bank. The <br /> Council on Aging agreed that we would try and contact some <br /> people to staff the office and various other clerical jobs . <br /> The Director' s Report was read and discussed. Mimi Mullin <br /> made a motion to accept the Building Usage Policy and it was <br /> seconded by Frank Hicks. So roved. Bob Osborn made a motion <br /> to agree to have Narcotics Anonymous meet on Monday nights at <br /> the Senior Center and It was seconded by Frank Hicks, So <br /> moved. Arthur Weinstein made a motion to accept the <br /> Director ' s Report as read and it was seconded by Frank Hicks . <br /> So moved. <br /> The Outreach Coordinator' s Report was read and discussed. <br /> Arthur Weinstein made a motion to accept the report and it <br />
