NASHPEE COUNCIL ON ACING <br /> DECEMBER 1 1994 <br /> i•5.14iWi• Pl�il5 5ii 55iiri�riri� <br /> MEMBERS PRESENT ALSO PRESENT <br /> Betty Jones, Chairman, Tames Long, Director <br /> Miriam Mullin, V, Chairman Lynne Waterman, Outreach <br /> Arthur Weinstein,, Treasurer Coordinator <br /> Frank Hicks Lillian .Fisher, Friends of <br /> Hobert Osborn CA <br /> MEMBERS ABSENT <br /> Aurora Bird <br /> B. ,Team Thomas <br /> The Chairman opened the meeting at 9:15 AM at the Carol H. <br /> Jacobson Senior Center. <br /> Bob Osborn mace a motion to accept the Secretary's Report as <br /> written and it was seconded by Arthur Weinstein. So moved. <br /> Arthur Weinstein presented the Treasurer's Deport and we are <br /> well within the projected budget so far. Mimi Mullin mace a <br /> motion to accept the 'treasurer's Report as written and it was <br /> seconded by Frank Dicks. So moved. <br /> A suggestion was mace by the Council to increase the amount <br /> of money for seminars from $300 to $loo in the upcoming <br /> budget for FY9 , <br /> The Director discussed his report with the Council, The <br /> Senior Center will be getting ars upgraded computer and � <br /> printer from the town. We will be puttling in a capital <br /> request for the FY96 Budget for a vehicle, a sprinkler system <br /> for the Senior Center and an adult day health center for the <br /> future. Mimi Mullin made a motion to accept theDirector's <br /> Report and it was seconded by Frank Hicks. So rove. <br /> Arthur Weinstein and ,Tim Long will work on a spelling bee <br /> between the seniors and the school children. <br /> Bob Osborn made a motion to have an open douse at the Carol <br /> H. Jacobson Senior Center to celebrate the 125th Anniversary <br /> of the Town on May 20 and it was seconded by Mimi Mullin. So <br /> moved, <br /> The outreach Coordinator presenters her report. Eider <br /> Services will be working with the various towns on the cape <br /> and encouraging the towns to pick up .the transportation for <br />
