Jacobson <br /> Senior Center. <br /> Election of officers for fiscal year 1997 ensued. Arthur nominated M. Mullin as <br /> Chairperson. Jean Noussee seconded the motion. Approved unanimously. Betty Jones was <br /> nominated by Bob Osborn for 'dice president. Arthur Weinstein seconded the motion <br /> which was approved, M. Mu in nominated Bob Osborn as Acting Secretary with a second <br /> y Frank icl s. This motion was approved. M. Mullin nominated Arthur Weinstein as <br /> Treasurer and Bob Osborn made a second. This motion was approved. <br /> The Secretary's report for April was provided. On a motion made by Bob Osborn and <br /> seconded by MM* 1i Mullin the minutes were accepted. The June minutes were made <br /> variable. on a notion by Arthur Weinstein and seconded by Frank le s the June <br /> minutes were adcepted. <br /> Arthur Weinstein presented the t'reasurer's report. He reported that the monthly <br /> statement was not yet available.-It was agreed to fund any 1996 expense overage through <br /> the Donation Account. The Council on Aging relationship nth the"Friends" and <br /> responsibility for 50103 reporting was discussed. Also discussed was an informal letter to <br /> the' rien "requesting a copy of them annual report to the Secretary of State. On a <br /> motion made M. Mullin and seconded by Bob Osborn, the t'reasurer's report was <br /> accepted. <br /> The Director, presented his written report with a brief discussion of each item and also <br /> presented a copy of the Community Action Statement prepared for the Small Cities Grant. <br /> On a motion wade by Bob Osborn and seconded by Jean Nuee, the report was <br /> accepted. <br />
