Coordinator <br /> Arthur Weinstein, Treasurer <br /> Aurora Bird ABSENT <br /> Frank Hicks <br /> Jean Nousee- Jim Long, Director <br /> ABSENT <br /> Robert Osborn <br /> The meeting was opened by the Chairman at 9:07 AM, <br /> Frank Hicks made a motion to accept the Secretary's Report as <br /> written and it was seconded by Betty Jones. So moved <br /> There was no Treasurer' s Report. ' <br /> The Director' s Report was handed out. The new van is on <br /> location in Marlboro. Interviews are being conducted for the <br /> van givers. The Capital Budget has been submitted to the <br /> Executive secretary. Betty Jones made a motion to accept the <br /> Director' s Report as written and it was seconded by Frank <br /> Hicks, So moved. <br /> The outreach Coordinator' s Report was handed out and <br /> discussed. Arthur Weinstein made a motion to accept the <br /> report as written c-md it was seconded by Frank Hicks. so <br /> moved. <br /> There- was no report from the Friends of the CoA <br /> Greg Taylor, DPW Director, came to the meeting as we <br /> requested to discuss the care of the grounds at the senior <br /> Center. He talked at length about the budget constraints and <br /> stated that there were nouns in his budget to care for our <br /> grounds, Greg stated that the Library is cared for by the <br /> Beautification Council* DPW does the lawns at the town <br /> buildings and at times they have a difficult time keeping up <br /> with the lawns, Greg stated that the DPW budget is <br /> controlled by the Selectmen, He suggested that we get an <br /> estimate of what the work would cost and that the Finance <br /> Committee be approached for help and also the Selectmen, He <br /> would like the Director to look into this and contact our <br /> liaison, Curtis Frye to become involved. Greg stated that he <br /> could get in touch with Jim about this Matter. <br />
