Betty Nichols <br /> Frank Hicks <br /> Jean Noussee <br /> Robert Osborn <br /> Arthur Weinstein <br /> ABSENT <br /> Aurora Bird <br /> Jim Long <br /> The Chairman called the Meeting to order at 9 :05 ate► In the <br /> Conference Room at the Carol H, Jacobson Senior Center. <br /> Bob Osborn made a motion to accept the secretary' s Report <br /> as written and it was seconded by Frank Hicks. So moved. <br /> The Treasurer' s Report was handed out and discussed. Betty <br /> Jones made a motion to accept the report as written and it <br /> was seconded by Bob Osborn, so moved. <br /> The Director' s Report was handed out by Lynne Waterman and <br /> discussed. As of the time that the report was written, no <br /> report had been received from the contractor as requested by <br /> the Friends so there is no price to report for the kitchen <br /> renovation. Arthur Weinstein made a suggestion that the <br /> Director look into the possibility of dyeing the rugs in the <br /> large room. A suggestion was also made to have someone' from <br /> the Dennis Men' s Club to explain how to get a Men' s Club <br /> started in Ma tepee. A discussion was also held regarding <br /> the Carden Club and the consensus was to ask the Carden Club <br /> to rove upstairs so that the movies may be shown downstairs. <br /> . <br /> Arthur Weinstein made a motion to accept the report as <br /> written and it was seconded by Frank Nicks. So moved. <br /> The Outreach Coordinator' s Report was handed out and <br /> discussed. "thirteen hone visits were made during the month <br /> of December. Two new volunteers were added during the Month <br /> f November. Frank Ricks made a motion to accept the report <br /> as writtennd it was seconded by Jean Noussee, so moved. <br /> There was no report from the Friends of the CDA, <br /> A suggestion was made to write a letter to our Liaison, <br />
