A quorum was declared with the <br /> following members present: David Harsch, Francis Laporte, Richard Halpern, All Allen, and Charlotte 7 <br /> Garan. Also in attendance: Leila Botsford, Executive Director/'Board Secretary. <br /> There was no public comment. <br /> SECRETARY'S REPORT: <br /> Minutes for the regular meeting held on October 11, 2007 were presented. A motion was made by Mr. <br /> Laporte and seconded by Mr. Harsch to accept the minutes as printed. The motion was <br /> adopted. <br /> TREASURER'S REPORT: <br /> Budget to Actual and Narrative: Mrs. Botsford provided a treasurer's report including the bank account <br /> report and the Budget to Actual Report, prepared by the fee-accountant, which represents through the <br /> fourth month of the fiscal year. She reviewed the budget to actual and provided an explanation for <br /> variances. <br /> Accounts Payables: Mrs. Botsford presented the warrants for the 4001 account, MRVP account, and <br /> Section 8 account were presented to the board for review and signatures. Accounts payables were: For <br /> October 11, 2007 through November 8, 2007: $17,719.79 for 4001, $6,014.00 for Section 8, and <br /> $14,246.00 for MRVP. <br /> l <br /> Rent Delinquencies: Mrs. Botsford stated that all rents have been paid in full at Homeyer Village and <br /> Breezy Acres. We are at 100% occupancy at Breezy Acres, but still have a vacant unit at Homeyer <br /> Village. The flooring in the unit has been replaced and I've interviewed the next applicant on the waiting <br /> list. I'm waiting for references and a CORI check, We just received notice that another Homeyer Village <br /> tenant is moving out (into a nursing home) on November 30, so we will have another unit turnover. A <br /> motion was made by Mr. Laporte and seconded by Mr. Halpern to accept the treasurer's <br /> r <br /> report as presented. The motion was adapted. <br /> EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S REPORT: <br /> Mrs, Botsford remarked that she had mailed her reports to the board for the months of October and it is <br /> attached to these minutes as Attachment A. <br /> Mrs. Botsford provided an additional brief written report, which was discussed. The report was as <br /> follows: <br /> • The town has required that fencing be put up in form of the area where the new septic system at <br /> Breezy Acres was installed. We've acquired three quotes and have made arrangements for the <br /> lowest bidder to install it for$418.00 <br /> • I've changed the Asher's Path account to the Pooled Plus Money Market Account.
