Gregg Fraser seconded the motion. The motion was approved. <br /> • P ul Andrews made a motion that the 912312013 Executive session minutes be approved as <br /> presented. Gregg Fraser seconded the motion. The motion was approved. <br /> Gregg Fraser rade a motion that the Public Session be adjourned, and eater into Executive session, <br /> to return to Public Session: in order to comply with the MGS Chapter 59, section 60, to discuss <br /> i possible litigation issues, the contents of which are not public record. Paul Andres seconded the <br /> motion. <br /> i <br /> Roll Call Vote: Gregg Fraser, yes; Paul Andrews, yes. The Public session was-adjourned at 5:50 <br /> PM. Paul Andrews reconvened the Public Session at 6;35 PM. <br /> Paul Andrews made a motion that the Board of Assessors approve the request from the Water r District <br /> to release the various Overlay accounts totaling $26,000 from FY 2666. Gregg Fraser seconded the <br /> motion. The motion was approved. <br /> Gregg Fraser made a rutin that the Board of Assessors approve the request from the Tac Collector <br /> to abate the 123 excise tax as uncollectable from Abraham Pl 1, 19 Ledge Hill St.: Randolph,1ph, MA. <br /> Paul Andrews seconded the emotion. The motion was approved. <br /> Paul Andrews made a motion that the Board of Assessors grant the Chapter Land Exemption <br /> applications for Fly 15 for the following: <br /> Royce Baker, 1627 Santuit- ton Road clap/Pair 1614) <br /> Avram Goldberg Trustee, 166 South Sandwich fid.
