r <br /> MASHPEE COUNCIL ON AGING <br /> APRIL 14, <br /> MEMBERS PRESENT ALSO PRESENT <br /> N <br /> Mimi Mullin Chairperson James Long <br /> Frank Hicks Lynne Waterman <br /> Jean Noussee Elizabeth Nichols <br /> Robert Osborn <br /> Arthur Weinstein <br /> Aurora Bird <br /> EXCUSED Betty Jones <br /> Chairperson Mullin opened the meeting at 9:07 AM in the Lounge of the Jacobson Senior <br /> Center. <br /> The January Secretary's report was reviewed. On a motion made by Frank Hicks and <br /> seconded by Jeanne Noussee the minutes to the January meeting were accepted. <br /> The Treasurer reviewed the Expense report through March noting that expenses were in <br /> order and we were on track for the year. On a motion made by Robert Osborn and <br /> seconded by Frank Hicks, the treasurer's report was accepted <br /> The president scheduled a Social committee meeting for April 29 from 12:30 to 2:00 pm. <br /> The Director provided a written report which was reviewed by the members. Mention was <br /> made by the Director of the need by members to attend Town meeting; mention was <br /> made of ESCCI annual Meeting on May 14th On a motion by Frank Hicks and seconded <br /> y Jean Ioussee, the Director's report was accepted as presented. <br /> The Outreach Coordinator presented her written report and reviewed the highlights <br /> verbally. On a notion by Arthur Weinstein and seconded by Frank Hicks,the Outreach <br /> report was accepted. <br /> Arthur weinstein suggested some seminars on Assisted Living, Nursing Homes, Medicare <br /> and Medicaid. Mr. Dong to arrange. <br /> On a notion made by Mimi Mullin and seconded by Frank Hicks, the meeting adjourned <br /> at 11:27 ASI. <br /> R ect `ully Submit d, <br /> J es.Long <br /> sting Secretary <br /> 4 <br />
