Cm., Secretary Lynne Waterman, outreach Coordinator <br /> Aurora Bird <br /> Frank Hicks <br /> Jeanne Noussee <br /> Bob Osborn <br /> ABSENT <br /> Arthur Weinstein <br /> The Chairperson, l r mi Mullin opened the meeting at 9:00 am in the Conference Room at <br /> the Carol H. J cosbon Senior Center on July 14, 1999. <br /> Jeanne Noussee made a motion to accept the Secretary's Report as written and it was <br /> seconded by Bob Osborn. So moved. <br /> Where was no Treasurers Report available because of the year-end closing. <br /> The Director's Report was handed out and discussed. There will be Internet training at the <br /> Senior Center to seniors. It was decided to conduct a Bake Sale at oktberfet and <br /> Aurora Bird, Jeanne Noussee and Betty Jones will work on it. Frank Flicks made a <br /> motion to accept the Director's Report as Witten and it was seconded by Aurora Burd. <br /> So moved. <br /> The Outreach Coordinator's Report was handed out and discussed. Twenty-seven visits <br /> were made during the month of.Tune. The staff`at the Senior Center called folks on the <br /> civil Defense list to see how they were coping with the hot Breather. Lynne suggested that <br /> we schedule an open house at some point in time. Bob o bom made a motion to accept <br /> the report as written and it was seconded by Frank Hicks. So moved. <br /> The Friends of the CoA stated that over $4,,000 has been realized so far this season at the <br /> Thrift Shop. <br /> Jinn Bong handed out the FY2000 Budget which is level fanded. <br /> i <br />
