Friends of CoA <br /> Jean loussee <br /> Robert Osborn <br /> ABSENT <br /> Aurora Bird <br /> Frank Hi&s <br /> s <br /> Mimi Mullin opened the meeting at 9:05 AM in the Conference Room at the Carol H. <br /> Jacobson Senior Center. <br /> Arthur Weinstein made a motion to accept the Secretary's Report as written and it was <br /> seconded by Jean loussee. So moved. <br /> The Treasurer's Report was handed out and discussed. All categories are within normal <br /> range for this time of the year. Bob Osborn made a motion to accept the treasurer's <br /> Report and it was seconded by Betty Jones. So moved. <br /> The Director's Report was handed out and discussed. The new irrigation system is being <br /> completed after problems developed with the existing well and pump. The financing for <br /> the new irrigation system will be spllit between Repair& maintenance, Donation and <br /> Town account. The new well will be paid for out of the Donation account. The issue of <br /> constructing a shed for storage at the Thrift Shop will be presented to the selectmen for <br /> approval. The Friends will bear the expense of constructing and maintaining the shed. <br /> Betty Jones made a motion to accept the report as written and it was seconded by Arthur <br /> Weinstein. So moved. <br /> The outreach Coordinator's Report was handed out and discussed. Lynne is in the <br /> process of connecting gree new volunteers with the Regional SSE Coordinator for <br /> future training. Several visits were made by the Coordinator to assist in fuel assistance <br /> applications. Bob Osborn made a motion to accept the Outreach Coordinator's Report as <br /> Witten and it was seconded by Jean l oussee. So moved. <br /> Names were submitted by Council-members for the Planning Committee. <br />
