Friends of C A <br /> Betty Jones, Secretary <br /> Frank Hicks <br /> Nirni Mullin <br /> Absent <br /> Arthur Weinstein <br /> Jeanne Nousee opened the meeting at 9:10 AM in the Conference'Room at the Carol H. <br /> Jacobson Sem'or Center. <br /> The Secretary's Report was read. Bob Osborn made a motion to accept the report as <br /> Witten and it was seconded by Frank Hick. So moved. <br /> There was no Treasurer's Report because of the close of the Fiscal Year. However, the <br /> Director stated that we were well within budget at the end of the year. New office <br /> frnitiure has been ordered for the Outreach Coordinator's office. <br /> suggestion was made by the Director that we tale a field trip to the Senior Center on <br /> Old Barnstable Road. <br /> Ongoing discussion at meetings are,being held regarding the need for the new Senior <br /> Center and we are gaining support from the selectmen. <br /> The Director's Report was handed out and discussed. The new 'Travel Club will plan a <br /> day trip to Nantucket in September. Letters of interest from people wishing to join the <br /> Council have been received. <br /> Betty Jones made a motion to accept.the Director's Report as written and it was seconded <br /> by Bob Osborn. So moved. <br /> TheOutreach Coordinator's Report was'handed out and discussed. The service incentive <br /> aa.nt ended June 30, 2001 and therefore Judy Genge's responsibilities as well.
