Friends o <br /> Betty Jones, Secretary CoA <br /> Bob Osborn, Treasurer <br /> The Chairperson-opened the meeting at :10 AM in the Conferenc'e Room of the Carol H. <br /> Jacobson Senior Ceater. <br /> Jeanne Noussee made a motion to accept the Secretary's Deport as amended and it 'vas <br /> seconded by Bob Osbom. So proved. <br /> Bob Osborn handed out the Treasurer's Report and at this point in the fiscal year <br /> everything is in order. betty Jones made a notion to accept the report and it was <br /> seconded by Jeanne Noussee. So moved. <br /> discussion was held-about the possibility of have a meeting at the neer Health Center <br /> some time in the future. <br /> Lynne Waterman requested a new file cabinet for the SATE office to hold pamphlets, <br /> fres, etc. Betty Jones made a notion to purchase a new file cabinet and it was seconded <br /> y Jeanne Noussee. So moved. <br /> Lynne Waterman handed out the outreach Coordinator's Report and it was discussed by <br /> the Council. Where has been a program change in the civil defense procedu' re that was <br /> discussed when Jim Long and Lynne met with Mary LeClair and George Baker to discuss <br /> our role and responsibilities during civil defense emergency. Bob Osborn made a motion <br /> to accept the outreach Coordinator's Report and it was seconded by Betty Jones. So <br /> moved. <br /> The Director's Deport was read by Lynne Waterman and a motion was made by Jeanne <br /> Noussee to accept the report and it was seconded by Bob Osborn.
