With the additions 1n place, <br /> motion was made by Arthur Weinstein and seconded by Jeanne <br /> loussee to accept the minutes of the October meeting. The motion <br /> was approved. <br /> TREASURER'S REPORT—Trost of the budget expenditures <br /> were right on target. A question was raised about the line item <br /> marked `other," which is listed at 88.4%used, Jinn promised to <br /> mala some inquiries about the item and get back to the Council <br /> next month.
