Dorrie Pizzelia., <br /> executive director of the Community Preservation Coalition will chair the <br /> presentation. The Community Preservation Coalition is a statewide non- <br /> profit agency that helps communities to implement the Community <br /> Preservation Act. <br /> Offer to Sell Land to Committee: <br /> Correspondence was received from Gerald Umina dated September 31, <br /> 2005 regarding a 7 to 8 acre parcel of land known as 53 Payamps Road for <br /> the Committee's consideration to acquire the land for its preservation. <br /> Mr. Umina is the Trustee for its owners, Algonquin Realty Trust. The <br /> Burn of$7009000 is requested for the parcel which is adjacent to town <br /> owned land. The matter was taken under advisement at this time. <br />
