3 <br /> Corn M- Unity Preservation Committee <br /> Minutes <br /> September 20, 2005 <br /> NEWBUSINESS: <br /> Set Goals and Criteria: <br /> The Mashpee CPC Committee agreed to form a sub-committee comprised <br /> of three members to develop projectsubmission forms, applications and <br /> guidelines for the next scheduled meeting. The application is intended to <br /> be clear, concise and user-friendly for the citizens of the Town of <br /> Mashpee. In the Town of Scituate application, a receipt of application for <br /> the applicant's records is included the form. <br /> Motion made by Ms. Peters to.form a stub-committee consisting of <br /> members,Paula Deters,Diane R mmel eyer, and Gus Frederick t <br /> develop the project submission form,guidelines for project <br /> submission and related criteria for the next scheduled meeting. <br /> Motion seconded by Mr.Lamin. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. -o. <br /> It was agreed that Committee members would obtain input from their <br /> respective boards and committees+regarding the needs of the Town. <br /> public hearing will a scheduled in the future to solicit comment on the <br /> needs,possibilities and resources of the Town as they relate to historic <br /> preservation,recreation, affordable housing and open space. <br /> An article is placed on the October 17, 2005 Town Meeting warrant to <br /> appropriate $25,000 for operational and administrati <br />
