Community Preservation Committee <br /> Minutes <br /> December 13,2005 " <br /> Present: Wayne Taylor, Bane Romelrneyer, Ed Larkin, Beverly Kane, Evelyn <br /> usehenfeldt, Gus Frederick,Richard Halpern, Ralph Shaw <br /> Absent: Paula Peters <br /> Meeting Called to Order by Chairman Taylor at :00 p.m. <br /> Town Hall, Conference Room#1. <br /> MINUTES: <br /> Tu d y,November , 2005: <br /> Motion made by Ms. Rommelmeyer to approve the minutes o <br /> Tuesday,November 8, 2005 as presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Ms. Kane. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 7-0. <br /> Mr.Larkin abstained. <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Review and AMroval of CPC Application.* <br /> Members of the CPC Committee conducted final review of the <br /> Connrnunity preservation Funding Application. Minor amendments were <br /> incorporated into the draft application. <br /> Motion made by Mr. Larkin to approve the Community Preservation <br /> Funding Application as amended on this date. <br /> Motion seconded by IVIS.Dane. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. -o. <br /> Copies of the application are available at the Office of the Board o <br /> Selectmen& Town Manager and at the Mahee public Library. The <br /> application and related criteria will be posted on the Town's website; <br /> v .ei.ms pee.ma.us. <br />
