Community Preservation Act Committee <br /> Minutes <br /> September 12, 2006 <br /> OLD BUSINESS: x. <br /> Review of Articles&Projects for October Town Meeti Wat-ant: <br /> The Committee received the Community preservation Fund articles for <br /> the October 2006{Town Meeting Warrant. Correspondence was received <br /> from the Town Accountant and the CPC Vice-Chair dated September 11, <br /> 2006 with respect to this regard. <br /> The following action was taken by the Conunittee-, <br /> Motion made by Mr. Larkin to reserve 10 each for Open Space, <br /> Affordable Housing and Historic purposes as follows; <br /> Open Space Deserves $177,266.75 <br /> Housing Deserves $177466.75 <br /> Historical Reserves $177466,75 <br /> Total Deserves $5319800.25 <br /> Motion seconded by Mr. Shaw. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. <br /> Motion made by Mr.' Larkin to reserve as the Budget-Deserve <br /> Balance; <br /> FY 2007 Estimated Revenue $IJ72,667,48 <br /> Minus 'dotal Deserves $ 531,800.25 <br /> Minus Appropriations from October ATM 3219683.00 <br /> Total Balance to reserve: $ x. 84.23 <br /> Motion seconded by Mr. Shaw. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. <br /> A financial spreadsheet of the referenced activity will be presented to the <br /> Committee at their next meeting. <br />
