The property (Breezy Acres) currently has sic units of affordable, rental family housing that
we manage.
Pre-development work has already been started, but currently we do not have any funding for
construction. Our intent is to supplement Community Preservation Act monies with other local grants,
yet to be applied for, and possibly a conventional mortgage.
There is strong community support for this project, as outlined in the letters I previously submitted.
We appreciate the committee's consideration of this application.
