7 <br /> Community Preservation Committee <br /> Minutes <br /> March 13, 2007 <br /> 10 Acre Site at South Cape Beach: (continued) <br /> With available funding,the project is anticipated to be completed in six to <br /> eight weeks. A subcontractor would remove the vegetation and grade the <br /> road and parking area. The Department of Public Works would provide <br /> project management and equipment support for placing the stone on the <br /> roadway and parking areas. <br /> Mr. Taylor was requested to present photographs of the subject area <br /> intended to be restored for recreational use that would include a plan <br /> showing the dimensions of the road and parking area proposed to be <br /> cleared. It was agreed that any further questions would be directed to Mr. <br /> Taylor via email in preparation for the next scheduled meeting. <br /> NEXT SCHEDULED MEETING: <br /> Tuesday,April 10, 2007 <br /> 6:00 p.m. <br /> Town Hall—Room#3 (downstairs) <br /> Adjournment: <br /> Motion made by Mr. Halpern to adjourn at 7:15 p.m. <br /> Motion seconded by Mr. Frederick. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Kathleen M.
